Account Sales Manager-Duties&Responsibilities

  1. Create standard sales presentations and proposals to the prospected clients.
  2. Monitor the performance and development of sales team.
  3. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  4. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  5. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  6. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all product feature of the website product, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  7. Assists Account Supervisors in preparation of client’s tailored proposals and presentations.
  8. Controls Sales expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  9. Recruits, tests, and hires sales aspirants based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
  10. Plan out sales strategies to increase company’s revenues.
