Account Supervisor-Duties&Responsibilities
- Monitor performance and development of account specialists.
- Make emails and or calls to prospected clients in the absence of account specialists.
- Monitor the status of all the accounts held by the account specialists.
- Assists account specialist in preparing presentations and proposals tailored for the specific client.
- Supervise bizjobfinder facebook groups and other groups joined by bizjobfinder.
- Create a weekly summarize report on business accounts status held by account specialists to senior management.
- Maintain the movement of close signup business deals.
- Identify on what to improve on the account sales and marketing business processing system.
- Look for the good and welfare of the account specialists.
- Motivate account specialists to do their best in their respected area.
