Account Supervisor-Duties&Responsibilities

  1. Monitor performance and development of account specialists.
  2. Make emails and or calls to prospected clients in the absence of account specialists.
  3. Monitor the status of all the accounts held by the account specialists.
  4. Assists account specialist in preparing presentations and proposals tailored for the specific client.
  5. Supervise bizjobfinder facebook groups and other groups joined by bizjobfinder.
  6. Create a weekly summarize report on business accounts status held by account specialists to senior management.
  7. Maintain the movement of close signup business deals.
  8. Identify on what to improve on the account sales and marketing business processing system.
  9. Look for the good and welfare of the account specialists.
  10. Motivate account specialists to do their best in their respected area.
